On Point Strategy LLC (OnPoint) is a management consulting firm that provides a wide range of operational improvement and compliance services to corporations, government, non-for profit, and other organizations.  We are located in Puerto Rico, but our expertise allows us to provide services internationally. We have no geographical limitations.  Our team is comprised of bilingual experts (Spanish and English) from diverse backgrounds such as management, accounting, engineering, operations and supply chain management, sports management, and human resources, among others.

We have worked on proposals for FEMA case management, working tirelessly during one of the most difficult moments the Island has faced, Hurricane María. Grant management has contributed to our success in managing over 3 billion dollars and saving more than 200 million dollars in questioned costs and liquidations of findings.
